Varaha Purana 38.8 — Adhyaya 38, Shloka 8

The Hunter’s Austerity and the Gaining of Durvāsas’ Favor

सोऽपि व्याधस्तं नत्वा शिरसा ।अथ महामुनिम् । उवाच स कृतार्थोऽस्मि भगवन् दर्शनात् तव ॥ ३८.८ ॥

so 'pi vyādhas taṃ natvā śirasā. atha mahāmunim | uvāca sa kṛtārtho 'smi bhagavan darśanāt tava || 38.8 ||

വ്യാധനും ശിരസ്സ് നമിച്ച് ആ മഹാമുനിയെ വന്ദിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു—“ഭഗവൻ, നിങ്ങളുടെ ദർശനത്താൽ ഞാൻ കൃതാർത്ഥനായി.”
