Expiations for Ritual and Temporal Offences in Worship, and the Prescribed Purificatory Procedure

Upaspṛśya

एवं च कुर्वतस्तस्य मम कर्मव्यवस्थितः ॥ अपराधं न विन्देत एवं देवि न संशयः ॥

evaṃ ca kurvatas tasya mama karmavyavasthitaḥ || aparādhaṃ na vindeta evaṃ devi na saṃśayaḥ ||

ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രവർത്തിച്ച് എന്റെ വിധിനിർദ്ദേശിത കർമ്മത്തിൽ സമ്യക് സ്ഥാപിതനായവൻ അപരാധം പ്രാപിക്കുകയില്ല—ഹേ ദേവി, ഇതിൽ സംശയമില്ല।
