ब्राह्मणस्य तु वक्ष्यामि शृणु कर्म वसुन्धरे ॥ यानि कर्माणि कुर्वीत मम भक्तिपरायणः ॥
brāhmaṇasya tu vakṣyāmi śṛṇu karma vasundhare || yāni karmāṇi kurvīta mama bhaktiparāyaṇaḥ ||
ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ബ്രാഹ്മണന്റെ കർത്തവ്യങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നു; കേൾക്കുക, ഹേ വസുന്ധരേ—എന്നോടുള്ള ഭക്തിയിൽ പരായണനായി ചെയ്യേണ്ട കർമങ്ങൾ ഏവയെന്നു.
