अहं ब्रह्मेति नियतं मोक्षहेतुर्महात्मनाम्। द्वे पदे बन्धमोक्षाय न ममेति ममेति च॥२५॥

ahaṃ brahmeti niyataṃ mokṣa-hetur mahātmanām | dve pade bandha-mokṣāya na mameti mameti ca ||25||
മഹാത്മാക്കൾക്ക് മോക്ഷത്തിന്റെ നിശ്ചിത ഹേതു ‘അഹം ബ്രഹ്മാസ്മി’ എന്ന ജ്ഞാനമാണ്. ബന്ധനത്തിനും മോചനത്തിനും രണ്ടു പദങ്ങൾ: ‘ന മമ’ (എന്നതല്ല) എന്നും ‘മമ’ (എന്നത്) എന്നും.
The fixed (certain) cause of liberation for the great-souled is (the knowledge) “I am Brahman.” For bondage and liberation there are two words: “not mine” and “mine.”
