tato balena mahatā kāśirājabalena ca | pauṃḍrako vāsudevo'sau keśavābhimukho yayau

Translation

പിന്നീട് തന്റെ മഹാബലത്തോടും കാശിരാജന്റെ ബലത്തോടും കൂടി, ‘വാസുദേവൻ’ എന്നു സ്വയം വിളിച്ച ആ പൗണ്ഡ്രകൻ കേശവനെ നേരിടാൻ മുന്നേറി।
