ईश्वर उवाच । तस्यास्तु दक्षिणे भागे स्थितं लिंगं महाप्रभम् । पांडवेश्वरनामाढ्यं पंचभिः स्थापितं क्रमात्
īśvara uvāca | tasyāstu dakṣiṇe bhāge sthitaṃ liṃgaṃ mahāprabham | pāṃḍaveśvaranāmāḍhyaṃ paṃcabhiḥ sthāpitaṃ kramāt
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—അതിന്റെ തെക്കുഭാഗത്ത് മഹാപ്രഭമായ ഒരു ലിംഗം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു; ‘പാണ്ഡവേശ്വര’ എന്ന നാമത്തിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധം; അഞ്ചുപേരും (പാണ്ഡവർ) ക്രമമായി അത് പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചു.
