ṣaṣṭhaścābhūdyadā brahmā hemagarbha iti śrutaḥ | tadā bhairavanātheti nāma devasya kīrtitam

Translation

ആറാം കല്പത്തിൽ, ബ്രഹ്മാവ് ‘ഹേമഗർഭ’ എന്നു ശ്രുതനായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ, അന്നേ സമയം ദേവന്റെ നാമം ‘ഭൈരവനാഥ’ എന്നു കീർത്തിക്കപ്പെട്ടു।
