केतुर्नाम ग्रहोत्युग्रः शिवसद्भावभावितः । वर्तुलोऽतीव विस्तीर्णो लोचनाभ्यां सुभीषणः
keturnāma grahotyugraḥ śivasadbhāvabhāvitaḥ | vartulo'tīva vistīrṇo locanābhyāṃ subhīṣaṇaḥ
കേതു എന്ന ഗ്രഹം അത്യന്തം ഉഗ്രൻ; എങ്കിലും ശിവഭക്തിയുടെ ശുഭസദ്ഭാവം നിറഞ്ഞവൻ. അവൻ വൃത്താകാരൻ, അതിവിശാലൻ, രണ്ടു കണ്ണുകളാൽ ഭീതിജനകൻ.
