अथ हुंकारशब्देन तस्य गर्तः प्रपूरितः । ततो मृगो विनिष्क्रांतः कृच्छ्रेण सलिलात्प्रिये
atha huṃkāraśabdena tasya gartaḥ prapūritaḥ | tato mṛgo viniṣkrāṃtaḥ kṛcchreṇa salilātpriye
പിന്നീട് ‘ഹും’ എന്ന ശബ്ദത്താൽ ആ ഗർത്തം പൂർണ്ണമായി നിറഞ്ഞു; ഹേ പ്രിയേ! തുടർന്ന് ആ മൃഗം പ്രയാസത്തോടെ ജലത്തിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തുവന്നു।
