puṇyato yavahā devīstūyamānā dvijātibhiḥ | vāḍavaṃ vahnimādāya hayavegena niḥsṛtā

പുണ്യദായിനിയായ ദേവി ദ്വിജന്മാർ സ്തുതിക്കുമ്പോൾ, വാഡവ അഗ്നിയെ ധരിച്ചു, അശ്വവേഗത്തിൽ പ്രബലമായി പുറപ്പെട്ടു.
