शृणुध्वं वचनं देवा ब्रह्मविष्णुपुरोगमाः । ऋषिशापान्निपतितं मम लिंगमनुत्तमम् । तस्माल्लिंगं पूजयत सर्व कामार्थसिद्धये

Transliteration

śṛṇudhvaṃ vacanaṃ devā brahmaviṣṇupurogamāḥ | ṛṣiśāpānnipatitaṃ mama liṃgamanuttamam | tasmālliṃgaṃ pūjayata sarva kāmārthasiddhaye

Translation

ഹേ ദേവന്മാരേ, ബ്രഹ്മാവും വിഷ്ണുവും മുൻപന്തിയിലുള്ളവരേ, എന്റെ വാക്ക് കേൾക്കുവിൻ. ഋഷിയുടെ ശാപം മൂലം എന്റെ അനുത്തമ ലിംഗം ഇവിടെ പതിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിനാൽ എല്ലാ ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളും ധർമ്മസമ്മതമായ സമ്പത്തും സിദ്ധിക്കുവാൻ ആ ലിംഗത്തെ പൂജിക്കുവിൻ.
