अपेयस्त्वं तथा भावि स्वादमात्रेण केवलम् । गंडूषमपि पीतं च तोयस्याशुभनाशनम्
apeyastvaṃ tathā bhāvi svādamātreṇa kevalam | gaṃḍūṣamapi pītaṃ ca toyasyāśubhanāśanam
നീ (ഈ ജലം) പാനയോഗ്യമല്ല, രുചിമാത്രം അറിയുന്നതിനുള്ളതായിരിക്കും; എങ്കിലും ആ ജലത്തിന്റെ ഗണ്ഡൂഷമാത്രം (വായ്നിറച്ച് കുളുക്കൽ) പോലും അശുഭം നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്।
