Transliteration

śamīpuṣpaṃ bṛhatyāśca kusumaṃ tulyamucyate | karavīrasamā jñeyā jātīvijayapāṭalāḥ

Translation

ശമീപുഷ്പവും ബൃഹതീപുഷ്പവും സമമൂല്യമെന്നു പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു. കൂടാതെ ജാതി, വിജയ, പാടലാ—ഇവ കരവീരത്തോടു തുല്യമെന്നു അറിയണം।
