yasmātpratiṣṭhitaṃ liṃgaṃ tvayā soma śubhaṃ mama | somanātheti me nāma tasmātkhyātiṃ gamiṣyati

ഹേ സോമാ! നീ എന്റെ ഈ ശുഭലിംഗം പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചതിനാൽ, ‘സോമനാഥൻ’ എന്ന എന്റെ നാമം ലോകത്തിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധമാകും.
