द्रोणपुत्रसहायेन पापेन कृतवर्मणा । समाप्तं चायुरस्याद्य यशश्चापि सुमध्यमे
droṇaputrasahāyena pāpena kṛtavarmaṇā | samāptaṃ cāyurasyādya yaśaścāpi sumadhyame
ദ്രോണപുത്രനായ അശ്വത്ഥാമാവിന്റെ സഹായിയായ പാപിയായ കൃതവർമ്മാവിനാൽ (ഇത് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു). ഹേ സുന്ദരീ! ഇന്ന് ഇവന്റെ ആയുസ്സും യശസ്സും അവസാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
