पूर्णाहुतिं ततो दत्त्वा स्नानकर्म तथाऽरभत् । पंचपल्लवसंयुक्तं मृत्तिकाभिः समन्वितम्
pūrṇāhutiṃ tato dattvā snānakarma tathā'rabhat | paṃcapallavasaṃyuktaṃ mṛttikābhiḥ samanvitam
അതിനുശേഷം പൂർണാഹുതി അർപ്പിച്ച് അദ്ദേഹം സ്നാനകർമ്മം ആരംഭിച്ചു. അത് പഞ്ചപല്ലവങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയും പവിത്ര മൃത്തികകളോടും സമന്വിതമായിരുന്നു।
