अथाब्रवीद्ब्राह्मणोऽसौ यदि प्रेषयसे प्रभो । प्रश्नमेकं मया पृष्टो यथावद्वक्तुमर्हसि
athābravīdbrāhmaṇo'sau yadi preṣayase prabho | praśnamekaṃ mayā pṛṣṭo yathāvadvaktumarhasi
അപ്പോൾ ആ ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ പറഞ്ഞു— “പ്രഭോ, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ വിടയക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ, ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ച ഒരു ചോദ്യം യഥാവിധി ഉത്തരം പറയേണ്ടതാണ്.”
