कुशाग्रेणापि विद्धः सन्काले पूर्णे न जीवति । तस्माद्गच्छ द्विजश्रेष्ठ यावद्गात्रं न दह्यते
kuśāgreṇāpi viddhaḥ sankāle pūrṇe na jīvati | tasmādgaccha dvijaśreṣṭha yāvadgātraṃ na dahyate
കുശത്തിന്റെ അഗ്രം കൊണ്ട് അല്പം കുത്തേറ്റാലും, നിശ്ചിതകാലം പൂർണ്ണമായാൽ അവൻ ജീവിക്കുകയില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട്, ഹേ ദ്വിജശ്രേഷ്ഠാ, ദേഹം ദഹിക്കുമുമ്പേ നീ പോകുക।
