तदा दृष्ट्वाब्रवीत्तं तु कुबेरोऽयमिति स्वयम् । कुत्सायां क्वितिशब्दोयं शरीरं वेरमुच्यते
tadā dṛṣṭvābravīttaṃ tu kubero'yamiti svayam | kutsāyāṃ kvitiśabdoyaṃ śarīraṃ veramucyate
അപ്പോൾ അവനെ കണ്ടിട്ട് അവൾ സ്വയം—“ഇവൻ കുബേരൻ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. കുത്സാ/വെറുപ്പ് അർത്ഥത്തിൽ ‘ക്വിതി’ എന്ന ശബ്ദം പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നു; ശരീരത്തെ ‘വേര’ (വെറുപ്പുളവാക്കുന്നത്) എന്നു വിളിക്കുന്നു.
