Transliteration

dharmaścārthaśca kāmaśca mokṣaśca parikīrtyate | sarveṣvapi purāṇeṣu tadvirūḍhe ca yatphalam

Translation

ധർമ്മം, അർത്ഥം, കാമം, മോക്ഷം—ഇവയെല്ലാം എല്ലാ പുരാണങ്ങളിലും പരികീർത്തിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു; കൂടാതെ ആ ഉപദേശങ്ങൾ ശരിയായി വളർത്തി ആചരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉദിക്കുന്ന ഫലവും പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു।
