ഇതിൽ ഇരുപത്തിനാലായിരം ശ്ലോകങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടെന്നും, നാനാവിധ വൃത്താന്തങ്ങളാൽ സമ്പന്നമാണെന്നും പറയുന്നു. ധർമ്മം, അർത്ഥം, കാമം, മോക്ഷം എന്നീ ഉപദേശങ്ങളും സദാചാരവും ഇതിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നു.
