तं हत्वा गदया विष्णुर्विह्वलं रुधिरोक्षितम् । गृहीत्वा पादयोर्भूमौ निजघानातिरोषितः
taṃ hatvā gadayā viṣṇurvihvalaṃ rudhirokṣitam | gṛhītvā pādayorbhūmau nijaghānātiroṣitaḥ
ഗദയാൽ അവനെ അടിച്ചു വീഴ്ത്തിയ വിഷ്ണു, രക്തത്തിൽ നനഞ്ഞ് വിഹ്വലനായവനെ കണ്ടു, അവന്റെ പാദങ്ങൾ പിടിച്ച് അതിക്രോധത്തോടെ ഭൂമിയിൽ അടിച്ചെറിഞ്ഞു।
