महाकालं सहस्रेण ह्ययुतेन गणाधिपम् । बाणानामयुतैर्भित्त्वा वीरभद्रमुपाद्रवत्
mahākālaṃ sahasreṇa hyayutena gaṇādhipam | bāṇānāmayutairbhittvā vīrabhadramupādravat
ആയിരം ബാണങ്ങളാൽ അദ്ദേഹം മഹാകാലനെ, പത്തായിരം ബാണങ്ങളാൽ ഗണാധിപനെ വേധിച്ചു. പിന്നെ അയുതങ്ങളായ ബാണങ്ങളാൽ തുളച്ച് വീരഭദ്രനിലേക്കു പാഞ്ഞു.
