nāgarādityapūrveṇa yatra kāyo visarjitaḥ | tadadyāpi prasiddhaṃ vai śeṣasthānamiti śrutam

നാഗരാദിത്യത്തിന്റെ കിഴക്കുവശത്ത് ദേഹം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച സ്ഥലം ഇന്നും തീർച്ചയായും ‘ശേഷസ്ഥാനം’ എന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധമായി ശ്രുതമാണ്.
