ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेन्महादेवि कपर्दी यत्र संस्थितः । तस्यैव उत्तरे भागे नातिदूरे व्यवस्थितः । चिंतितार्थप्रदो देवि चिन्तामणिरिवापरः
īśvara uvāca | tato gacchenmahādevi kapardī yatra saṃsthitaḥ | tasyaiva uttare bhāge nātidūre vyavasthitaḥ | ciṃtitārthaprado devi cintāmaṇirivāparaḥ
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—ഹേ മഹാദേവി, തുടർന്ന് കപർദി (ശിവൻ) പ്രതിഷ്ഠിതനായിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തേക്ക് പോകണം. അതിന്റെ വടക്കുഭാഗത്ത്, അധികം ദൂരമല്ലാതെ, ഹേ ദേവി, ആഗ്രഹഫലം നൽകുന്ന മറ്റൊരു സ്ഥലം നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു—മറ്റൊരു ചിന്താമണിപോലെ।
