അവൾ യോഗിനീ; യോഗം തന്നെയാണ് അവളുടെ സത്സ്വഭാവം. യോഗത്തിലൂടെ അവൾ പ്രാപ്യയും ഹൃദയ-ഗുഹയിൽ വസിക്കുന്നവളുമാണ്. അവൾ കാത്യായനീ, ഉമാ, ശർവാ; ‘അപർണാ’ എന്നും പ്രസിദ്ധയാണ്.

True worship is internal: the Goddess is realized through yoga and inner stillness, as the indweller of the heart.
