daṇḍaḥ pretapateḥ śaktirdevasenāpatestathā | anyeṣāṃ ca surāṇāṃ ca astrāṇyuktāni yāni vai

പ്രേതപതി (യമൻ)ന്റെ ദണ്ഡവും, ദേവസേനാപതി (കാർത്തികേയൻ)ന്റെ ശക്തിയും, മറ്റ് ദേവന്മാരുടേതെന്ന് ശാസ്ത്രങ്ങളിൽ പറയുന്ന എല്ലാ അസ്ത്രങ്ങളും—അവയും അവൻ തന്നെയാണ് നിർമ്മിച്ചത്.
