विस्तरेण च संख्या स्यादपि वर्षशतैरपि । असंख्यानीह तीर्थानि पुण्यान्यायतनानि च । पदेपदे गृहाण्येव निर्मितानि महर्षिभिः
vistareṇa ca saṃkhyā syādapi varṣaśatairapi | asaṃkhyānīha tīrthāni puṇyānyāyatanāni ca | padepade gṛhāṇyeva nirmitāni maharṣibhiḥ
വിശദമായി അവയുടെ എണ്ണം പറയുകയാണെങ്കിൽ നൂറുകണക്കിന് വർഷങ്ങൾ കഴിഞ്ഞാലും പൂർത്തിയാകില്ല. ഇവിടെ അസംഖ്യ തീർത്ഥങ്ങളും പുണ്യാലയങ്ങളും ഉണ്ട്; പടിപടിയായി മഹർഷികൾ നിർമ്മിച്ച ആശ്രമങ്ങളും ഗൃഹങ്ങളും കാണപ്പെടുന്നു.
