पुलस्त्य उवाच । यदा प्रसादितो देवैर्भगवान्वृषभध्वजः । अर्बुदेऽस्मिन्सदा स्थेयमचलेन त्वया विभो
pulastya uvāca | yadā prasādito devairbhagavānvṛṣabhadhvajaḥ | arbude'sminsadā stheyamacalena tvayā vibho
പുലസ്ത്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ദേവന്മാർ വൃഷഭധ്വജനായ ഭഗവാൻ ശിവനെ പ്രസാദിപ്പിച്ചപ്പോൾ, ഹേ വിഭോ, നിങ്ങളോട് ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു—‘ഈ അർബുദ പർവതത്തിൽ നിങ്ങൾ സദാ അചലമായി വസിക്കണമേ।’
