शेष उवाच । प्रसादिता मया माता शापमुक्तिकृते पुरा । तयोक्तं ये तपोयुक्ता धर्मात्मानः सुसंयताः

Transliteration

śeṣa uvāca | prasāditā mayā mātā śāpamuktikṛte purā | tayoktaṃ ye tapoyuktā dharmātmānaḥ susaṃyatāḥ

Translation

ശേഷൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ശാപമോക്ഷത്തിനായി ഞാൻ മുമ്പ് മാതാവിനെ പ്രസന്നമാക്കി. അവൾ പറഞ്ഞു—തപസ്സുള്ളവർ, ധർമ്മാത്മാക്കൾ, സുസംയതർ ആയവർക്ക് (ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച) മോചനം ലഭിക്കും.
