पुलस्त्य उवाच । स्नानमात्रेण विप्रोऽसौ दिव्यरूपमवाप ह । तत्र तस्थौ महादेवो गौर्या सह महेश्वरः
pulastya uvāca | snānamātreṇa vipro'sau divyarūpamavāpa ha | tatra tasthau mahādevo gauryā saha maheśvaraḥ
പുലസ്ത്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു—സ്നാനമാത്രം കൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ആ ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ ദിവ്യരൂപം പ്രാപിച്ചു; അവിടെ മഹാദേവൻ മഹേശ്വരൻ ഗൗരിയോടുകൂടെ നിലകൊണ്ടു।
