Transliteration

teṣāṃ tadvacanaṃ śrutvā rāmaḥ śastrabhṛtāṃ varaḥ | cakre lohamayīṃ yaṣṭiṃ taṃ bhaṃktvā sa kuṭhārakam

Translation

അവരുടെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട്, ആയുധധാരികളിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനായ രാമൻ തന്റെ കുഠാരം പൊട്ടിച്ച് അതിൽ നിന്ന് ഇരുമ്പായ ഒരു യഷ്ടി (ദണ്ഡം) നിർമ്മിച്ചു.
