सूत उवाच । पुरा त्वष्ट्रा द्विजश्रेष्ठा हिरण्यकशिपोः सुता । विवाहिता रमानाम श्रेष्ठरूपगुणान्विता
sūta uvāca | purā tvaṣṭrā dvijaśreṣṭhā hiraṇyakaśipoḥ sutā | vivāhitā ramānāma śreṣṭharūpaguṇānvitā
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—പുരാതനകാലത്ത് ദ്വിജശ്രേഷ്ഠനായ ത്വഷ്ടാ, ഹിരണ്യകശിപുവിന്റെ പുത്രിയായ ‘രമാ’യെ—ശ്രേഷ്ഠ രൂപഗുണസമ്പന്നയായ അവളെ—വിവാഹം ചെയ്തു।
