vasaṃte nṛtyagītaiśca toṣayāmāsa pārvatīm | ṣaṣṭhakālāśanā sādhvī sasyadānaparā yaṇā

Translation

വസന്തകാലത്ത് അവൾ നൃത്തഗീതങ്ങളാൽ പാർവതിയെ സന്തോഷിപ്പിച്ചു. ആ സദ്വതി ഷഷ്ഠകാലത്ത് മാത്രം ആഹാരം കഴിച്ചു, ധാന്യദാനത്തിൽ പരായണയായി നിലകൊണ്ടു.
