स त्यक्तो बांधवैः सर्वैः कलत्रैरपि वल्लभैः । ततो वैराग्यमापन्नो भृगुपातं पपात सः
sa tyakto bāṃdhavaiḥ sarvaiḥ kalatrairapi vallabhaiḥ | tato vairāgyamāpanno bhṛgupātaṃ papāta saḥ
എല്ലാ ബന്ധുക്കളും, പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട ഭാര്യ/ഭാര്യകളും പോലും, അവനെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു. തുടർന്ന് അവൻ വൈരാഗ്യം പ്രാപിച്ച് ഭൃഗുപാത തീർത്ഥത്തിലേക്ക് പോയി.
