किमेतद्युज्यते तेषां वासिष्ठानां दुरात्मनाम् । शापं ददुः स्वयाज्यस्य विशेषाद्विनतस्य च

kimetadyujyate teṣāṃ vāsiṣṭhānāṃ durātmanām | śāpaṃ daduḥ svayājyasya viśeṣādvinatasya ca

“ആ ദുഷ്ടചിത്തമുള്ള വസിഷ്ഠന്മാർ ശാപം നൽകുന്നത് എങ്ങനെ യുക്തം? പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് വിനീതനായി അവരുടെ യാഗകർമ്മത്തിൽ ഭക്തിയോടെ അർപ്പിതനായവനോടോ?”
