शक्र उवाच । एते तव सुता देवि च्छिद्यमाना मयासिना । रुदन्तो वारिता मन्दं मा रुदन्तु मुहुर्मुहुः
śakra uvāca | ete tava sutā devi cchidyamānā mayāsinā | rudanto vāritā mandaṃ mā rudantu muhurmuhuḥ
ശക്രൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ദേവി! നിന്റെ ഈ പുത്രന്മാർ എന്റെ ഖഡ്ഗത്താൽ ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടുമ്പോഴും കരഞ്ഞു; അവരെ മൃദുവായി തടഞ്ഞു; അവർ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും കരയരുത്.
