तस्य पापस्य शुद्ध्यर्थं तांबूलं प्रतिगृह्यताम् । ततस्तु ब्राह्मणो मंत्रमेवं राजन्नुदाहरेत्
tasya pāpasya śuddhyarthaṃ tāṃbūlaṃ pratigṛhyatām | tatastu brāhmaṇo maṃtramevaṃ rājannudāharet
ആ പാപത്തിന്റെ ശുദ്ധിക്കായി ഈ താംബൂലം സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെടട്ടെ. തുടർന്ന്, ഹേ രാജാവേ, ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ ഇപ്രകാരം മന്ത്രം ഉച്ചരിക്കണം।
