ततः प्रोवाच तं म्लेच्छं संमंत्र्य सह भार्यया । यदि गृह्णासि मे कन्यां तव यच्छाम्यहं द्विज

Transliteration

tataḥ provāca taṃ mlecchaṃ saṃmaṃtrya saha bhāryayā | yadi gṛhṇāsi me kanyāṃ tava yacchāmyahaṃ dvija

Translation

പിന്നീട് ഭാര്യയോടൊപ്പം ആലോചിച്ച് അവൻ ആ മ്ലേച്ഛനോട് പറഞ്ഞു— ‘ഹേ ദ്വിജാ, നീ എന്റെ കന്യയെ സ്വീകരിച്ചാൽ ഞാൻ അവളെ നിനക്കു നൽകാം।’
