tenaiva sahitaṃ tūrṇaṃ madhye kṛtvā ca madhyagam | garttātīrthasamudbhūtaṃ vedavedāṃgapāragam

അവനെ കൂടെ ചേർത്ത് വേഗത്തിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ഇരുത്തി അവർ മുന്നോട്ട് നീങ്ങി. ഗർത്ത്താ-തീർത്ഥവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ഉദ്ഭവിച്ച, വേദവും വേദാംഗങ്ങളും പാരംഗതനായ ആ മഹാത്മാവിനെ അവർ മുന്നിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.
