śaśāpātha ca sāvitrī bāṣpagadgadayā girā | sapatnyā mama yatpūjāṃ kṛtvā vai susamāgatāḥ

അപ്പോൾ സാവിത്രി കണ്ണീരാൽ ഗദ്ഗദമായ വാക്കുകളോടെ ശപിച്ചു— “സപത്നിയോടൊപ്പം എന്റെ പൂജ നടത്തി, നിങ്ങൾ ഒത്തുചേർന്ന് സമ്മതത്തോടെ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു…”
