बालोऽयं मम पौत्रस्तु कृत्याकृत्यं न वेत्ति च । तस्मात्त्वं राक्षसं भावं हरस्वास्य द्विजोत्तम
bālo'yaṃ mama pautrastu kṛtyākṛtyaṃ na vetti ca | tasmāttvaṃ rākṣasaṃ bhāvaṃ harasvāsya dvijottama
ഇവൻ എന്റെ പൗത്രൻ, ഇനിയും ബാലൻ; ചെയ്യേണ്ടതും ചെയ്യരുതാത്തതും അവൻ അറിയുന്നില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട്, ഹേ ദ്വിജോത്തമാ, അവന്റെ രാക്ഷസഭാവം നീക്കണമേ.
