सूत उवाच । अहं वः कीर्तयिष्यामि सर्वं यज्ञस्य संभवम् । वृत्तांतं यच्च तत्रस्थ माश्चर्यं द्विजपुंगवाः
sūta uvāca | ahaṃ vaḥ kīrtayiṣyāmi sarvaṃ yajñasya saṃbhavam | vṛttāṃtaṃ yacca tatrastha māścaryaṃ dvijapuṃgavāḥ
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ദ്വിജപുംഗവന്മാരേ! ആ യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ സമ്പൂർണ്ണ ഉദ്ഭവവും വികാസവും ഞാൻ വിവരണം ചെയ്യും; അവിടെ സംഭവിച്ച അത്ഭുതകരമായ വൃത്താന്തവും ഞാൻ പറയാം.
