अहिल्यां चकमे शक्रो गौतमस्य प्रियां सतीम् । मद्बाणैः पीडितोऽतीव स्वर्गादेत्य धरातलम्
ahilyāṃ cakame śakro gautamasya priyāṃ satīm | madbāṇaiḥ pīḍito'tīva svargādetya dharātalam
ശക്രൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ) ഗൗതമന്റെ പ്രിയയായ പതിവ്രത അഹല്യയെ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു. എന്റെ ബാണങ്ങളാൽ അത്യന്തം പീഡിതനായി, സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറങ്ങി ഭൂമിയിലേക്കു വന്നു।
