अद्यप्रभृति देवेशि तथा नीतिर्विधीयताम् । नो चेदस्याः प्रसंगेन प्रभविष्यंति मानवाः
adyaprabhṛti deveśi tathā nītirvidhīyatām | no cedasyāḥ prasaṃgena prabhaviṣyaṃti mānavāḥ
ഇന്നുമുതൽ, ഹേ ദേവേശീ, അത്തരമൊരു നിയമം സ്ഥാപിക്കപ്പെടട്ടെ; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇതിന്റെ സംസർഗ്ഗം മൂലം മനുഷ്യർ പീഡിതരാകും।

Scene: The king gestures decisively, as if issuing a proclamation; Devī listens, calm but potent. Scribes/attendants may be shown preparing to record the ordinance; the atmosphere carries urgency.
Rāja-dharma includes instituting protective sacred order so that the community is not afflicted by impurity or disease.
The same kṣetra being discussed in Adhyāya 133; it is presented as a place whose sanctity must be safeguarded for the people.
A directive to establish a continuing rule/arrangement (nīti) under the Goddess’s guardianship to prevent harmful contact with the taint.
