कात्यायनी समागम्य ततः पप्रच्छ सादरम् । वद कल्याणि मे कंचिदुपदेशं महोदयम्
kātyāyanī samāgamya tataḥ papraccha sādaram | vada kalyāṇi me kaṃcidupadeśaṃ mahodayam
അപ്പോൾ കാത്യായനീ സമീപിച്ചു ആദരത്തോടെ ചോദിച്ചു— “ഹേ കല്യാണി, എനിക്ക് മഹോന്നതമായ ഉന്നതി നൽകുന്ന ഒരു ഉപദേശം അരുളുക.”
