एवमुक्त्वा प्रणम्यादौ विष्णुं सदृशरूपिणम् । वीरभद्रोऽग्रतो भूत्वा विष्णुं वाक्यमथाब्रवीत्
evamuktvā praṇamyādau viṣṇuṃ sadṛśarūpiṇam | vīrabhadro'grato bhūtvā viṣṇuṃ vākyamathābravīt
ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ് വീരഭദ്രൻ ആദ്യം ശിവസദൃശരൂപനായ വിഷ്ണുവിനെ പ്രണാമം ചെയ്തു; പിന്നെ അവന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് വീണ്ടും വിഷ്ണുവോടു വാക്കുകൾ പറഞ്ഞു।
