भवितव्यमिति स्मृत्वा गतास्ते ब्रह्मणः पदम् । ब्रह्मणश्चाग्रतो भूत्वा ह्यब्रुवंस्ते सवासवाः
bhavitavyamiti smṛtvā gatāste brahmaṇaḥ padam | brahmaṇaścāgrato bhūtvā hyabruvaṃste savāsavāḥ
“ഭവിതവ്യമേ” എന്നു സ്മരിച്ചു അവർ ബ്രഹ്മന്റെ പദത്തിലേക്കു പോയി. ബ്രഹ്മന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് ഇന്ദ്രനോടുകൂടിയ ദേവന്മാർ പറഞ്ഞു.
