तद्दूरे रेपलेन्द्राख्यं ग्राममद्यापि वर्तते । एवं स रेपलोनाम वृत्रतुल्यपराक्रमः
taddūre repalendrākhyaṃ grāmamadyāpi vartate | evaṃ sa repalonāma vṛtratulyaparākramaḥ
ആ സ്ഥലത്തിൽ നിന്ന് അധികം ദൂരമല്ലാതെ ‘രേപലേന്ദ്ര’ എന്ന ഗ്രാമം ഇന്നും നിലനിൽക്കുന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ ‘രേപല’ എന്ന ആ വീരൻ വൃത്രനോടു തുല്യമായ പരാക്രമം ഉള്ളവനായിരുന്നു.
