इदं सत्यं वदामीति ब्रुवन्साक्षी भवान्यतः । शुभाशुभफलं देहि शुचिः पादौ रवेः स्वृशेत्
idaṃ satyaṃ vadāmīti bruvansākṣī bhavānyataḥ | śubhāśubhaphalaṃ dehi śuciḥ pādau raveḥ svṛśet
‘ഇത് സത്യമെന്ന് ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു’ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് ദിവ്യസാക്ഷിയെ മാനിച്ച് സാക്ഷിയാകണം; ശുചിയായി സൂര്യന്റെ പാദങ്ങൾ സ്പർശിച്ച് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കണം—‘എന്റെ സത്യപ്രകാരം ശുഭമോ അശുഭമോ ഫലം ദേഹി।’
